Program Summary: Praxis Scatter Site Housing Program is located in Bronx and Brooklyn. The 102 unit program provides community-based, independent apartment housing program for HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) clients. Our program targets individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS. Services include case management, substance abuse counseling, mental health counseling, training and placement services, referrals for medical care and recreational programs. Seventy-five percent of the units are for single individuals and 25 percent are for families. The program provides services such as case management, housing maintenance and limited financial assistance with utility bills.

HUD Scatter Site Program

Program Summary: Praxis operates a 65 unit Scatter site program for chronically homeless individuals and families. 58 studio/one-bedroom units are allocated to individual households, seven two-bedroom units are allocated for family households.
- Eligibility: Homeless single clients and/or families living with HIV/AIDS
- All program clients receive case management and housing maintenance services.
- Program clients qualify for HASA rental assistance. Clients with income (employment, SSI, SSD, etc.) are required to make a co-payment as part of the lease agreement.

- This program is funded by Housing and Urban Development with rental assistance provided by NYC Human Resources Administration.
